I think that actually doing the exercises every week with you has just been invaluable. The exercising and really working this stuff out and having those sessions has been really valuable because you really have to be and want to be prepared because there's an accountability that is really there and you might be able to fool yourself, but you're getting evaluated, and there is a certain pressure on that probably makes you better at doing this type of work you are doing.
